Burks is getting himself some nice assignments this season. I wouldn't be surprised if his crew is chosen to work a BCS game this year.

Looks like his crew is the "go to" crew in the Big 12.

I like Greg Burks, but that RTP call that kept the A&M drive alive and allowed them to score the GW FG was a bad call. Even "Herbie" who believes in keeping the QB safe said it was a bad call.
When the game ended it looked like Bo was running towards the officials but then the camera cut away. I wonder if he got to them to have his say?

The RTP was marginal.
Bo Pellini was completely out of control the entire second half and the USC he got was more than deserved.

Burks is a local guy so I don't like to rip on him, but I didn't agree with the RTP call at all. The announcers were justified in disagreeing with the call.
As for Pelini's behavior, if this were a high school game, he would have gotten an early shower. I'm not sure what kind of sanctions college coaches can face for berating officials, but he needs to pay a price for his behavior tonight.

On second blush it looked like he was going to call leading with the helmet but the defender got him with shoulder pads.
The other calls that went against Nebraska were there.

Chris.. for what I saw.. the officials took off to their tunnel... Bo "The Jerk" Nebraska coach did not get to them. Speaking of that Nebraska Coach.. he needs to be fined  or some kind action taken against him. This same crew(Burks Crew) has gotten some heat from this coach this year. His actions on the sidelines are not professional. I am soooooo mad ... they showed him slamming his papers at that line Official as well as pointing his finger @ Shawn Hochuli Becky |

Becky, the officials will be fine. The coach may act like a jerk but the officials let it roll off their backs. Kudos to the side judge for finally banging Pellini for USC.

I want Greg Burks, Shawn Hochuli, and your umpire friend, Becky, to get the OU V OK State game next week. That game will probably decide the BIg 12 South and I think Burks has done the best job this year. I think Novak has done great as well, however he did the OU game tonight.
