All officials are wearing a JS patch on their hats in honor of Jerry Seeman.
I know there was a patch for Dave Hamilton and Dick Jorgenson when they died but have other officials gotten patches in honor?

The officials wore "BL" on their hats a few years ago for Bob Lawing, an active official who succumbed to cancer. I remember the Jorgensen and Hamilton patches. Officials also wore #11 patches half way through the 1982 season to honor Vince Jacob, a side judge who died suddenly from a heart attack during the season.

Tes. The officials used to wear armbands with the deceased official's number.

The officials also wore Donnie Hampton no. 44 (he died around the same time that Hamilton, at the end of the 1994 season).

I also believe the officials wore a armband to honor Stan Kemp as well.
