The Atlantic League is an independent professional league heretofore not associated with Major League Baseball. I believe there are some former major league players in this league who are trying to work their way back to the big leagues. As for the umpires, I am not sure where the Atlantic League and other independent minor leagues get their umpires. As for the computerized strike zone, does anyone seriously believe that will do away with arguments over balls and strikes? I think this situation shows that it will not.

It strikes again. If the umpire made this call on his own, I'm sure he'd have ejected the player for such a display.
Sooo, when does the umpire eject a player for arguing about a robot call?

Changed title of thread since things are getting out of control in the Atlantic League.

I know all these players want to make it to MLB one day. But I am thinkin', if I was a player in this league, I'd just quit. What a mess.
