Zichecco inspired this thread. It's been mentioned in previous threads, but I'd like to make a seperate post to give praise to BJ #111, Terrence Miles, for an outstanding performance on MNF. Folks, I've seen NFL training camps up close and the speed these athletes show (even in practice) is breath-taking. I'm a back judge. What Miles did was truely outstanding on the 88-yard TD bomb. Not only did he keep up with the play, he got out of the way. Could you imagine what would have happened if he had collided with the receiver and cost the Eagles a TD? If it would have been me, I would have been at the Redskin logo by the time the pass was caught. The man kept himself in shape all offseason for this play. Here's the play: www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-cant-miss-plays/09000d5d81c26d3f/WK-10-Can-t-Miss-Play-Vick-goes-deepA+ from me!

I was at the Browns-Patriots game he worked. He threw a DPI flag against the Browns...I've gotten over it. Seriously, he did a wonderful job.

Does anyone know if Terrence is "kin" to Leo Miles, former head linesman, NFL supervisor, and AD of Athletics at Howard University?
