This crew gets an A+++ from me. I know replay reveresed that D by #5 of Auburn at the end, however the HL not blowing his whistle on that run by #5 makes up for that. Everyone thought the runner was down including the runner, he stopped for a few seconds before his sideline told him to keep going.
What a great game for Bill Lemonnier to work prior to retiring. Does anyone know if he is becoming a replay official or leaving football for good?

A+ for the entire crew and an A+++++ for the head linesman for holding his whistle on the Dyer run.
A great way for Mr. LeMonnier to ride into the sunset. Congrats to him, and congrats to ALL NCAA officials for a great year!

"A" effort. The TD called back at the end was so bang-bang at the goal line it's hard to fault the crew. LeMonnier is the best in the college business.

Witvoet was standing next to Lemonnier on one of the replays. He was in knickers, a black shirt over his stripes, knickers, and a black hat. Witvoet was a side judge on Honig's crew for several years before becoming a referee.

Agree with all of you. STELLAR work by Bill Lemonnier and his Big 10 crew! On the biggest and brightest stage, they demonstrated what effective officiating is all about..........kudos.

Was it just me or did Lemonier look annoyed when the line judge couldn't give him a number on oregon illegal motion late in the first half. No replay, watched it again, didn't see anything. That call was a GIC, game impacting call, because it led to the safety on the next play.
I also thought they missed a delay of game on Newton's big 3rd down run in the 4th quarter, but that didn't really impact the outcome.
Neither play got the attention of the announcers.
other than that, I thought they did a very good job

#32 of Auburn is lucky that he can still participate in this game. Auburn would have no leg to stand on had they tossed that guy: bit.ly/ijDgsV

I don't care if it was the BCS Title Game or an August scrimmage. That is uncalled for. Are DQ fouls reviewable in the college system?
