Definetly but I thought wed have a PAC 12 crew being that in a home and home the visiting team usually gets the ref rights. I thought the same thing, however early this year Arizona played at Oklahoma State and Scott Novak was the referee. Also, last week when Missouri played at Arizona State Land Clark, A PAc-12 referee, worked that game. Maybe the Pac 12 does not do what the other conferences do. Mike Pereria explained normally in the contract in a home and home the visting team gets the rights I think it just depends on the contract.

Officials for games between teams from different conferences are determined when the contracts for games are worked out. Teams usually agree to play each other in a "home and home" series, so they usually have officials from one team's conference for the first game and officials from the the other conference for the other game. Sometimes, they'll agree to have a "non-partisan" crew work both games.
Last year, Dave Witovet worked the Penn State-Alabama game in Tuscaloosa and this year, Matt Austin worked the game in State College.

My question is if its a recurring series for example Georgia Georgia Tech who would ref the games then.

Generally speaking, the visiting conference supplies the officials. In the case of Georgia-Georgia Tech, SEC officials work the games in Atlanta, while the games in Athens are handled by an ACC crew. As others have said it all depends on the contract between the schools. The Pac-12 seems to be the major exception to the rule. This may be at least somewhat due to the cost of travel. It's not cheap to send 7 guys all the way across the country.

I was at the Illinois game. Lipski's crew worked an outstanding game that was an intense affair all the way to the final play.
