Kentucky @ Missouri - Lee Hedrick Wrong. Steve Marlowe. I could be mistaken, but I could have sworn Lee Hedrick was the CJ in this game. Is that possible? This crew took some heat on Saturday. As I tuned in, the announcers were discussing a controversial DQ involving someone going after an official. I missed it. Did anyone here see what happened? At the end of the game, the BJ threw the controversial PI that allowed the untimed down on which Kentucky scored the winning TD. It looked like the correct call, but the home fans went nuts of course.

Others from Saturday:
Bethune Cookman-Nebraska: Dan Capron South Florida-Houston: Michael Roche Cincinnati-SMU: Adam Savoie Washington-Cal: Mark Duddy Tulane-Tulsa: Tracy Jones Oregon-Arizona: Michael Mothershed
There was a funny moment in the Texas-Oklahoma State game where Chris Fowler noted that Scott Campbell is "one of the rocked-up refs in the Big 12," ostensibly thinking of Mike Defee, Brandon Cruse, and Reggie Smith as the others. Kirk Herbstreit added that "Scotty gets in the weight room" during the week.

This crew has done something interesting the last 2 seasons where Hedrick and Marlowe switch off who is the Referee every week and the other will be the CJ. So this coming week Hedrick will be the Referee and Marlowe the CJ
