I get why MWC and MAC were included, but I am not sure it is an even competition. Both conferences are filled with officials who could work Big XII or B1G, but due to lack of vacancies they were assigned where they were. I think that, in terms of depth, they are the best, but I chose AAC because their top officials are stronger in my opinion. In particular I have been impressed with Adam Savoie when I have seen him referee games.
