Okay, it's not a rule question per se, And it's also very unlikely to happen. But this popped into my head last night.
Anyone want to take a guess if both NY or LA teams got to host the Conference Championships how they'd handle it?
-move one game to Saturday or would one team have to lose their home game?

They would likely play it on a neutral field a la Super Bowl or move one game to a different night.

There is already a contingency that they will do Saturday/Sunday Conference Championship. This actually happened in 1985 when both the Giants and Jets hosted Wild Card games, and at that time there was one game per conference on Sunday. The Jets played Saturday that year. www.quirkyresearch.com/2020/10/30/history-of-nfl-rescheduled-relocated-and-canceled-games/Conference Championships now are on an early/late rotation, so they will likely attempt to steer the early game to Saturday, so the network keeps its primetime game (i.e., ratings). Not sure they would be able to fix the divisional rounds to accommodate, such as attempting to avoid double cross-country road trips in a Sunday-to-Saturday turn, but they will probably keep it in mind. Now if there is potential for either the LA and NY clubs to have a doubleheader in the same postseason, I don't think they could do anything to get all the permutations to work out favorably.

The more interesting question this year -- could they actually hold the games on the same day, given the lack of fans at the Meadowlands and Sofi?
I'd imagine the biggest impediment would be the TV networks - you'd need different camera crews, uplinks, etc.
