Very sad indeed. For those of you who don't follow NBA Officiating, Willard is one of the top tier officials. He worked the NBA Finals for the last couple years and worked many playoff games long before that. I believe he was well on his way to working another Finals this year if it wasn't for this horrible disease. Willard is probably one of my favorite Referees because his demeanor is so excellent. He does not ever get heated during discussions and will not T you up unless you absolutely deserve it. Cancer is such a horrible disease, I hope that Willard can get healthy but unfortunately pancreatic cancer is hard to beat. Good luck Greg!!!!!
