If the lockout and replacement thing lingers, will NFL officials be looking to go back to work on NCAA games, even if just on a fill-in basis?

Interesting theory. I assume it's possible, but there are so many other things in the way:
Potential injury.
Re-acclimating to the college rules; replacements not being well-versed in the NFL code is one of the leverage points to the union officials' value. Therefore, the same applies to an NFL referee not well-versed in the NCAA code, and therefore backfires from a PR standpoint.
Uncertain availability, as they have to drop everything once the CBA is signed.

Logistically I think it would be a tough thing to do. Even if the full schedules have not been release I'm sure all of the conferences have pretty much completed there assignments. Finding a spot for them to work would be difficult without upsetting your current staff.

Hard to do. NFL guys asked the NCAA guys to not cross the lines and NCAA supervisors barred their officials from doing so if they want to keep their NCAA jobs. Now NFL officials go to the NCAA and bump their brothers who stood with them? That'd be a bad scene. I strongly doubt it would happen.

They wont go to the NCAA. No jobs available unless they go to division 2 or 3 where the scabs came out of.
