There were nine total technical fouls in this game. The Officials had no control over the game whatsoever. The crew was Zach Zarba, John Goble and Olandis Poole. A very young crew with Zarba being the crew chief. It was a high profile team and both teams were heavily frustrated leading to all the whistles. Zarba and Goble are good young Officials but Zarba had no control over this game. Players and Coaches said whatever they wanted and did whatever they wanted and they clearly did not take these Officials seriously. Even though Zarba was probably the calmest of the three Officials, as the CC you are responsible for your crew and it just got out of hand.

To add on to my first post, I think Zarba should have talked to both coaches and told them to tell the players to knock it off. Doing stuff like this goes a long way into controlling the game and I really think it could have stopped some of this. Nine technical fouls and four ejections is just too much. It is the most for any game this season.
