Great footage of the game! It was brutal cold that day.
This was a five man crew. There was no line judge. The back judge started around 5-10 yards down field. The line judge was added in 1965,
The crew was:
R9 Emil "Dutch" Heinz U57 Joe Connell HL30 George Murphy BJ25 Tom Kelleher (who joined the league in 1960) FJ21 Fred Swearingen (who also joined the league in 1960)

These are ancient mechanics. Note that there was no restraining line for spectators and various hangers-on, so Kelleher and Murphy had to fight through the crowds while trying to call the play.

Notice also how the whole pre game shows players trying to dig into a pretty icy YS field. Looks like most of the crew is wearing white sneakers!
