Don't watch a lot but some of the worst I have seen didn't make it so I am going to defer to the NHL. Charron (6) had impressed me some times I had seen him versus someone like St. Laurent but it is impossible to see everything

Charron was in his first full-time year so not surprising he didn't make it in his first (and short) full season.
Notable omissions: Dennis LaRue (second year in a row), Don Van Massenhoven (also hasn't been in playoffs for several years), Ian Walsh (had made it last two years)
Linesmen: Derek Nansen, Thor Nelson, Tony Sericolo, Mike Cvik.
