"Otherwise, we won't have a game." These comments from Carollo come regarding high hits. Expect more ejections this year. They're taking the head out of football as much as possible and those who don't like to/can't/won't' call it will probably not be officiating at the collegiate level very long.

I agree that player safety is paramount, but this rule I think needs to be tweaked a little. It should be like a flagrant 1/2 thing in basketball. If the hit is a less egregious hit, its a flagrant 1 and if its egregious then a flagrant 2. And if you get so many flagrant 1's or flagrant 2's in a year, your suspended. As far as review, I would implement it, but carefully to make sure the pace isnt slowed down.
