R 4 Craig Wrolstad U 44 Jeff Rice DJ 90 Mike Spanier LJ 10 Julian Mapp FJ 109 Dyrol Prioleau SJ 26 Jabir Walker BJ 105 Dino Paganelli ALT 30 Todd Prukop
Retirement game for Rice and Spanier.
The officials assigned to a Pro Bowl are generally the most senior member in their position who are not working a playoff game and who also have not worked a Pro Bowl. The league and the union have made exceptions to the seniority rule for certain commemorations, such as a retirement.

I thought Wrolstad merited a playoff assignment this year.

I thought Wrolstad merited a playoff assignment this year. So did I, but the only R who received an assignment that was not in my toss-up range for an on-field assignment was Walt Anderson. Granted I also had Torbert highly ranked. If I excluded the first year R's, only Boger and Anderson did I have as not meriting an on-field grade. If I included them I probably would have had Brad Rogers among those who graded Tier 2 or higher in my personal grades. Was not a fan of Adrian Hill in the viewings I had of him. I knew that there would be plenty of R's deserving of an on-field assignment who would not get one.
