Also, there was a questionable out-of-bounds call with clock stoppage. To me it looked like the WR was also moving backwards when he went out, but I'm no expert. Just love to learn more about it. Of all the bad calls on that drive, this was the most egregious to me. It was SO obvious that Valdez-Scantling's forward progress had been stopped in bounds, but Sarah Thomas didn't want to wind the clock for some reason. Next worst was hitting Mahomes shoulder to shoulder while he was still in bounds, and getting a penalty. It's plays like that that make the NFL look like a complete joke. -Brad

The league brass is going to be busy this week. This past weekend had more DSQ fouls in the same weekend than I can ever remember, the Philly security guard issue will have to be dealt with, as are MANY (IMO) routine downgrades for on-field errors (see Allan's last drive in Green Bay and others.)

Awful awful officiating at the end of the game between the Chiefs and the Packers. Clear DPI missed after a horrible late hit out of bounds call by Patterson. Game's not over yet, but this is one of the worst-officiated drives I've ever seen at any level. Either side has a legitimate reason to loudly complain if they lose. Heck, even if they win. Also, there was a questionable out-of-bounds call with clock stoppage. To me it looked like the WR was also moving backwards when he went out, but I'm no expert. Just love to learn more about it. This seems like a contradiction, you say you are no expert however you say it's one of the worst officiated? Maybe better to ask the question first, like "Can someone explain why the clock was stopped in that drive?"
