A Cowboys punt was signaled for a fair catch by Packers returner Jayden Reed. Sam Williams makes contact with Reed, and he is penalized with fair-catch interference.
Williams disengaged from blocking and then made contact as a second act. Had the block continued into the returner, this would not be interference (as long as there isn't additional actions that make it a personal foul). Williams didn't even have to make contact with Reed, as the returner is allowed a free path to the ball without obstruction.
There was a brief conference, perhaps over whether the disengagement of the block created the contact without the second action, but they quickly came to the determination that this (correctly) was a foul.
Fair catch interference is a 15-yard penalty from the spot of the foul.
Just to point out that the contact with the punter on the other end was the result of blocking and was inadvertent. This was a correct no-call for running into the kicker.

Jaire Alexander makes a great play, intercepting this Dak Prescott pass.
While there is contact, the defender has every right to try and intercept the ball. Both Alexander and the receiver were going for the same piece of real estate. While there was some contact, the officials ruled good defense.
On replay, it is clear that Alexander was touching a Dallas player while on the ground. Ron Torbert's crew rightly disallowed the touchdown and brought the ball back to the 19-yard line.

Is it me, or am I hearing more prominent stadium announcements regarding ineligible numbers lining up in an eligible position than was the case two weeks ago?
I don't think this is any sort of admission by the league of an error before, but rather some good preventive officiating to be exceptionally clear going forward.

Dean Blandino didn’t like that horse collar Packers safety Quay Walker was flagged for a horse-collar tackle for a hit on Cowboys running back Tony Pollard, but upon closer inspection, this was not a foul for a horse-collar. Walker reached around Pollard's left shoulder, and without inserting his hands into the back of the collar, or up into the helmet, pulled Pollard down from his right chest, just below the shoulder. It's all about angles. What may look like a horse-collar may not be from a different vantage point. I'm a firm believer that the horse-collar tackle is the most misunderstood foul by fans in terms of what constitutes one, but here in this case, this is not a horse-collar tackle.

On the attempted 2-point conversion by the Cowboys, there were two fouls that nullified the score.
The first is an ineligible man downfield on a pass. When the snap is from the 2, it is academic. If the lineman is at the goal line, that is more than 1 yard downfield. If a lineman is engaged in a block, he may drive that player more than the 1 yard limit
But it was the offensive pass interference that was a great "get" by the crew.

As a grade, I'm giving the crew a 3.3 across the board. It was a game where the officials calls were not impactful to the outcome of the game.
I give the crew credit for keeping it on cruise control all game. The game turned into a Packers party in third and early fourth quarters. Then the Cowboys make it interesting. Had the officials figuratively taken their pads off to start the fourth quarter, they'd have been burned.
The crew did very well in a game that was a bigger blowout than the score indicated.

Quick question: Will we get grades for the other crews that worked this weekend? asking for a friend

Quick question: Will we get grades for the other crews that worked this weekend? asking for a friend I did not watch complete games yesterday, so I dont feel educated enough to grade.
