On the Buccaneers long touchdown pass, right tackle Luke Goedeke may have gotten away with a hold. He appears to have a hook and restrict on Eagles defensive end Josh Sweat, with a arm hook around the neck.
It's possible that officials passed on this call due to the hold being a decent distance away from Mayfield, but this probably should have warranted a flag for holding.

Bucs cornerback Jamel Dean got away with pass interference on a play early in the second half. Eagles receiver Quez Watkins was the intended receiver, and although Dean raised his arms to avoid contact, he separated Watkins from his path to the ball, without making a play on the ball.
This should have been a flag for defensive pass interference. ESPN rules analyst and former referee John Parry shared this sentiment and also would have liked to see a flag for this contact.

A pass intended for Eagles tight end Dallas Goddard falls incomplete, and ESPN announcer Joe Buck is quick to point out "a late flag" was thrown.
The contact by Buccaneers linebacker Joe Tryon-Shoyinka is defensive holding, however as the hold continues while the pass is in the air, this now elevates to defensive pass interference. There is an enforcement quirk with this rule, as the DPI winds up being a 4-yard penalty instead of 5 yards for the defensive hold.
"Late or not" it's a correct call, says Buck.
Because there are multiple elements to process between holding and DPI, an official is not firing the flag out the instant there is an infraction. Rather, the flag will come out once the entire action is processed, pull the flag and throw. And then the announcers can see that, but this does not make this some sort of indecisive call.
Some of the better announcers do not have "late flag" as part of their vocabulary.

R 29 Adrian Hill: 3.7 - one of the most improved referees in the last two years. U 42 Duane Heydt: 3.6 - congratulations on his first playoff game. Did well. Maybe a missed hold. DJ 24 David Oliver: 3.7 - solid all night. Helped crew mates out on a conference or two. LJ 75 Mark Stewart: 3.5 - did well. Maybe a missed face mask here or there. FJ 31 Mearl Robinson: 3.5 See Steward but sub DPI for face mask. SJ 99 Lo van Pham: 3.7 - congratulation on his first playoff game. He's going to be a good one! BJ 12 Greg Steed: 3.75 - veteran did very well. Good DPI on that "late" flag.
Crew: 3.635 - In a crew with two 2-year officials calling a playoff game, these seven did a great job. Adrian Hill lead a very good crew and they can be proud of their efforts.
