I will put in some predictions before the Official announcement comes out.
Foster (CC), Davis (CC), Zarba (CC), Brothers (CC), Guthrie (CC), John Goble (CC), Tiven (CC), Williams (CC), Kirkland, Malloy, Kennedy, K. Scott, Capers, Lindsay, Blair, B. Taylor, Ford, Forte, Fraher, Wright, Corbin, Lane, Petraitis, Ervin, Jacyn Goble, Buchert, Cutler, DeRosa, Van Duyne, Dalen, A. Smith, Acosta, T. Washington, D. Taylor, Orr, Moyer-Gleich, Barnaky (ALT), Sago (ALT), Butler (ALT), Nansel (ALT)
Changes from 2023: Out- Lewis (Retired), Mott (Injured), Maddox (Injured), Barnaky, M. Smith Returning- Capers, T. Washington, D. Taylor New- Orr, Moyer-Gleich
We definitely know that 3 guys who worked the Playoffs last year will be out as Eric Lewis retired and Rodney Mott and Tre Maddox have been out for months. I am also fully expecting James Capers to return and it wouldn't surprise if he went right back in to being a CC. The biggest question is what they do with Ben Taylor. Taylor was out from February 5th and then didn't work again until last Tuesday April 9th. He worked 3 games to end the season but they were all as a 2 even though he was a full time CC. While I ultimately think he makes the Playoffs that to me does not seem fair that he can miss 2 months and come back right in times for the Playoffs to start. But I don't think he would have come back at all had he not been able to work the Playoffs. That is why I have him in.

What makes you put in Orr, D. Taylor, and Moyer-Gleich over Sago and Barnaky?

I agreed with Russ on most of his picks. I did have Sago and Twardoski on my list but when you get to the end of the list there are several who would just make it or just miss.

What makes you put in Orr, D. Taylor, and Moyer-Gleich over Sago and Barnaky? It was really just a margins game as I really did truly consider all 5 Officials you listed, and even had Barnaky on my original list. I really was picking between the 2 women and just thought that overall Moyer-Gleich was the better performing Official of the 2 but wouldn't at all be surprised if both make it. On Barnaky he spent some time as an Umpire this year which told me that he was slightly down compared to his last few years. Orr spent some time as an Umpire as well but by the end of the season was consistently working as the Referee including on an important game on Sunday. He seemed to rise quite a bit by the end of the season.

Taylor should be fine as far as playoffs go. John Goble will be the one to watch. He only worked 24 games and has been a finals regular. It will be interesting to see what happens with him. Jason Phillips a few years ago missed a lot of time, only worked 35 games and still got picked for the finals.
