Looks like a block in the back to me, but it's hard to tell because of the camera angle.

I think it was more of a block to the side. Note how the blockee is propelled sideways instead of doing a faceplant many times happens with a BIB. The R is probably in the best position to see this. I'd probably pass.

But yes, the camera angle is not optimal to judge for us.

There are two noteworthy blocks, one in the end zone and one at about the 5, both of which are perfectly legal, clean side blocks. Neither one comes close to meeting the BIB definition.
BTW.. the direction a player falls is not necessarily a reason to presume that anything illegal happened. We must see the entire action and know where the initial contact occurred.
