Watch #80, Blue. He's the split end. You flaggin? Who's call. Maybe the wing, maybe the R, but I think the B has the best look at it. The wing is picking up the runner. The back judge would have the best angle, but there's still a chance that the wing might see it.
Either way, it's a flag.

Are you really flagging this? I have a block in the shoulder area, unless I am looking at the wrong play. Are we looking at the scoring play?

No foul. This block does not meet the definition of anything illegal and is not even close to a safety concern. Clean side block at the shoulder.
