bit.ly/gTmy6GBiggest change is that it is a chop block no matter if the action is delayed or not. I guess the idea is to make sure that blocking technique is completely taken out of the high school level, and it takes judgement out of the officials hands. See it, don't judge delay or not, just flag it! Other than that, not too much else earth shaking. Discuss.

Glad they clarified the chop block rule. Those blocks happen pretty fast and it's hard to tell whether or not it was delayed.
