From this Saturday's game vs. Northwestern. After the play, Illinois LB Jonathan Brown (in plain view of the officials : knees a Northwestern offensive lineman in the man region. Flag was thrown, but I'm surprised he wasn't ejected since it looks rather pre-meditated. Illinois coach Ron Zook has suspended Brown for Saturday's game at Indiana.

I was at the game but didn't see the action that caused the flag. I am VERY surprised that John O'Neil didn't eject Brown. Unless he though the NW player flopped. Still, this is gross unsportsmanlike conduct and I think Brown should have been given the gate.

Brown absolutely should have been ejected. There's no place for that in any sport. Good for ron zook that he suspended Brown for one game.
