Sets up Steve Javie and Dan Crawford to be Crew Chiefs for Games 6 and 7. In the past Number1 ranked worked game 6 as it was an elimination game. Years ago, Jake O would be assigned Game 6 leaving Earl Strom and Hugh Evans for Game 7 if there was one.
Nothing could ever be more impressive than Earl and Mendy working together.

Well I had the order of 1, 2, 3 wrong. If it's true that 43 missed a call, I wonder what 17 did to be third.
That Malloy is the alternate for a game 5 speaks volumes. It says to me that he's the next one up in the inner circle, because games 6 and 7 will be regulars.
Game 6 predictions: 43 CRAWFORD, 13 MCCUTCHEN, 24 CALLAHAN.
Game 7: 29 JAVIE, 48 FOSTER, 34 DAVIS.

it's odd the way they've done it
I still think game 6
D. Crawford, Ken Mauer, Scott Foster
game 7
J. Crawford, Steve Javie, Monty McCutchen
But I wouldn't be surprised to see Javie on game 6
I think Malloy and Davis our done, first final appearance

Game 6 Javie, Foster, Stafford Game 7 D. Crawford, McCutcheon, Willard
No 3rd Game for Joe Crawford. Last year he got a third game (Game 7) due to chippyness and needed a no nonsense official. He was the best one for that scenario, a throwback.

Can go either way between Willard and Stafford for Game 6 and 7 no that I think about it.
Can NBA throw all of us off like NFL.

You were right the first time, Javie, Foster, and Stafford with Davis as alternate.

Game 7 Obviously Dan Crawford, Monte McCutcheon....tough call between Mauer and Willard.
Mauer has done about 10 Finals to Williards 2.....however, I would go with Willard as third man as he did some Crew Chief in Playoffs and is very even keeled versus Ken Mauer who can get fiery.....either one would be a great choice....the one not picked as alternate.

Don't rule out the possibility of Joe Crawford getting another game 7 assignment either. It happened last year and I think the NBA would rather have him on the floor over Mauer or Willard because of his experience.

I would agree with that.

First call of Gm 6 is an improper SC reset. Looks like Foster had it right away.
