Don't know how much of this game I'll get to see tonight, but please be sure to post your observations about the officiating crew here!

A power outage will delay the start.

Had some footage of Coleman in the hallway leading to field in discussions with stadium staff and almost assuredly NFL Security officials. Officials and players taking the field now.

Lots of footage of Walt Coleman and some of his crew mates in discussions wit security and coaches.
He's being graded on how he's handling this too.

Watching the game on DVR. Chop block on Gore was there by the book, but not the devastating block that we normally see.

Good block in the back call by Yette early in the third quarter on #55 on the punt.

Boy, Yette has had some gut busting calls tonight. Kick catch interference in the third quarter on San Francisco. Pereira says:
Tough play but I don't think that is a foul. SF 30 initiated the block and that should take the foul off. Not a good call in mind.
One thing's for sure, Yette was going to get screamed at no matter what he called on that play......

How in blazes were Spanier and Gautreaux able to wave off that catch by #84 in real time? Coleman's replay confirmed it , and by gosh, the hand DID hit down one instant before the second toe tap. Gold stars for #90 and #80 on that call.

Spanier and Gautreaux with another gut busting call. This time on Vernon Davis being out at the 1 instead of a TD. Replay really didn't have any good evidence for an overturn. Have to go with the folks who had the best angle which was Spanier who was watching the feet and Gautreaux at the goal line. Moot as SF punched it in the next play - to the same receiver. Scenarios like that make ALL officials who make a call like that breathe a sigh of relief.

NOT a chop block against P33 in the 4th. DE beat the LT and the FB cut him cleanly. The DE was already past the LT.

Leverage call was a joke. This crew has made some errors. Maybe a 2.9 from me

Pereira Tweet:
I agree with all of you. That is not a chop block that you want called. Not a good night.
PS--He agreed with the first chop block on Gore in the first half.

Leverage call was a joke. Pereira tweet: Leaping is running forward from off the line and landing on a teammate or opponent. He landed mostly on his feet. Not a good call in my bookLooked like SJ15, Patterson made the call.
