Sorry for stealing your gig, FF7, but it's almost kickoff. Jerome Boger and his crew have the game tonight. They're coming off a flag-filled CIN-STL game with multiple personal fouls, where I thought they did a excellent job of staying in control.

Yet another bad "defenseless receiver" call in the 4th quarter. The defender was playing the ball and the helmet-to-helmet contact was incidental, IMO.
This is getting a little ridiculous.

Well I turned it on for the last minute, and I saw a roughing the passer penalty that was highly questionable, even if he did no get pushed into the QB, I guess you cannot do a shoestring type tackle on a QB moving in the pocket. Hate these rules about hitting the QB low. The other penalties called in the last minute were spot on, but the RTP was ticky tack. Hope Boger was better for the rest of the game, I have liked him this year.

I agree with the stance the league is taking. The defender was late in getting to the ball, therefore, it was not incidental contact. the defender needed to lower his target area. The call was appropriate.

I don't know how #91 missed the Face Mask followed by PF/blow to the head after the whistle by #27 of Indy on 2nd to last play of game. Called properly, the Texans would've had the ball at the Indy 45 or 40 with 7 seconds left. I can't understand how that was ignored. Arian Foster was the one he hit and it looked quite blatant to me. I don't think a high grade is in order for tonights game.

After watching this game, I'll be generous and give them a 1.75 for their shaky performance tonight.

We'll see if the suits like it, but who knows. I remember the year Corrente got the Super Bowl, he called several RTPs that made me gasp in horror. But, he called what the NFL wanted.

Boger has some great individual officials on his crew (Paganelli, Bergman, Steratore), but I've felt Boger has plateaued at best in the last year and a half after a playoff assignment two or three years ago.
