I do not know how the NHL handles these situations, but surely John Tortorella will be fined for these comments.

Stupid comments. They are accusing (or at least doing the "I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin." routine) the officials of cheating.

Those are fighting words.

The NHL had better address this swiftly and severely.
