Anybody know the status of veteran referee Bennett Salvatore? He has not appeared in a game so far this season. (As far as I know, the only ref on the roster who has not appeared in a game.)

He's on the assignment list for tonight's game in Philly. So I guess he's not retired.

There were 3 Crew Chiefs who retired this year....Steve Javie, Bob Delaney and Mark Wunderlich. Three experienced officials who had worked NBA Finals.
Javie and Wunderlich were due to knee injuries.
