Congratulations to Clete Blakeman for his first playoff assignment as a Referee and to Terrence Miles for his first onfield playoff assignment.

Miles with a big (correct) PI call on the Bengles first score. So far so good.

First questionable call on the hit on Daniels by Nelson. Looked like he hit shoulder to shoulder not head. I don't get what is a good hit anymore in the NFL

Bad personal foul call in the first quarter. Clean hit, IMO.

Terrible helmet to helmet personal foul call. Reggie Nelson led with his shoulder. Not sure which official threw the flag. I agree with Brent. I have no idea what is clean and what isn't. They really need to spend more time in the offseason going over this.

It wasn't called as helmet-to-helmet, it was called as a blow to the head or neck area

Miles threw the flag and it was a good call. Defensive players need to continue to target their hits lower.

There is nothing evident to overturn the Daniels catch. Not sure why Cincinnati chose to lost their challenges so early.

Hank, not sure why the used their first challenge, to challenge a couple of inches when you still have 3rd down to make it, seems silly to me.

GREAT job of working together and picking up a flag that was thrown when a Houston player was pushed into an opponent after a play. Veteri threw the flag, but the rest of the crew had the call overturned.
I guess that's why this crew is in the playoffs.

Good first half for the crew. Terrance Miles with some big call that I agree with. Seeman with a really tough catch/joint possession/interception/incomplete call.
Stritesky is really working well with this crew, subbing for an injured DeFelice.

The flags have really seemed to drop off. Very quiet third quarter.
