Fred,
If I told you my honest opinion about New Yorkers and Bostoners (make it Northeasterners for that matter), I'd be kicked off this board and sent to Greenland.
Note: This post was not meant to offend the people of Greenland.

The CURSE continues for the team with a playoff game lead by the SB referee...now it's the Niners with Parry...very strange trend... I thought Arizona saw Scott Green twice. That being said I think the league tries to assign the Super Bowl ref to a game (if assigned a previous game) not as likely to produce an eventual participant

I'm surprised that Boston has one Super Bowl. He's done the CC so much I just assumed he had more than one Super Bowl.

I feel bad for Parry. Great ref who gets the super bowl and he'll have to deal with 2 of the biggest whiner teams and players in all of sports.

Last I checked it was Jim Harbaugh whining to the media about the forward progress call which was made and was correctly ruled on the field. Tom Coughlin may be an intense guy on the field but you will never see him bad mouth an official in the press even when the press tries to goad him into doing so

Coughlin will get livid, and I've seen him very angry with refs (Mike Carey, anyone?) but I can't recall him talking about a bad call to the press, unless it was in the manner of "I'll ask the league to review it" ... As for Belichick, i won't comment on him, because I really cannot stand him. This 49er fan is cheering for the Giants

Cant stand New Yorkers or northeasterners and the east coast bias. I may not even watch the game. I dont want to watch stupid commericials, F listed celebrities plug their crappy movies and shows I wont watch and I hate both teams.
