Bump.
This Super Bowl illustrated the flaws of the 1979-81 numbering system. There were FOUR officials who were #7 on this game - Kelleher, Graf, Veteri, and Dooley. The NFL didn't want all of those 7s out there, so for this game Kelleher kept his (seniority), Graf took 17, Veteri 8, and Dooley 10.
