I do and it's a great article. I remember that game where Gene subbed for Bernie Kukar. I had tuned in late after Gene got the white hat and saw him and thought, "Oh my. Something big has happened!"
I saw the highlight of Bernie getting blasted on Sportscenter that night. I'm still amazed Kukar didn't blow out a knee or break his leg.....

FredFan7, Iam convinced that Bernie Kukar had somebody keeping an eye on him. Also wasn't there a Norm Shuster whowas a referee?

Norm Schacter was a referee from 1954-76
