Was there ever a championship game where the AFL officials wore their orange/white stripes and the NFL officials wore their black/white stripes?

In Super Bowl I and II the officials wore a special black and white stripe shirt. The 1967 AFL Championship game was the last time the orange and white stripes were worn. Interesting how they had what amounts to a double crew there for that one..
And also, wasn't the 67 season the first one where McNally's office had responsibility for both league's officials? Or was that not until the 68 season?

Or was that not until the 68 season? I think it was '68. And, I think this was McNally's last assignment before moving to the league office.
