Well... I agree... mostly. I remember a play, lots of years ago, Junior Seau was called for RTP for slapping the head of the QB. Turns out, he swiped and completely missed. The referee was straight-lined and thought he made contact. There was probably 4"-6" of light between his hand and the head of the QB. In a case like this, I'd like to see replay step in and correct the OBVIOUS error.
