Jeff Servinski is working the Quick Lane bowl rather than the originally scheduled Mike Mothershed. It is unclear if the rest of the crew is still PAC-12 or if it is Big Ten. I’m guessing there were travel issues for Mothershed causing this change. Servinski lives in Michigan so it would be easy to get him on short notice.
With Mothershed retiring at seasons end I do hope he gets a chance to work a different bowl game but I have my doubts that will happen.
Highly doubt they reschedule Mothershed, especially since it takes a bowl assignment away from someone else. It's an unfortunate way to end a career at the ticket counter trying to rebook a flight.

It was originally announced that he "missed his flight" on the broadcast, but they later clarified that his flight was cancelled.
Clemson attempts to pin Tennessee deep on the punt but can't stop the ball before it crosses the plane of the goal line. Unlike in the NFL all that matters in NCAA is where the ball is relative to the field, so even though it doesn't hit the end zone this is still correctly ruled a touchback.
Clemson's field goal is called no good on the field. Unlike the NFL, in college football the entire ball must pass inside the inner edge of the upright extended when the ball is higher than the goal post, and it is not reviewable.
Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel earns an unsportsmanlike conduct by coming down to the 12 yard line and yelling at line judge Brett Bergman. The box that coaches are allowed to move freely in extends to the 20 yard line. If the coaches come on the field ("in the green") or outside this box, their only privilege is to call timeout. Debating an officiating decision outside the box is a clear penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct, and has been a point of emphasis clearly communicated to officials and coaches throughout the 2022 season.
