MLB may want to have a sit-down with John Schneider (or sit him down for a game or two) for using abusive language to an umpire. This is the second time this season. I know. Umpires are to have thick skin and take it (and get in trouble if they give it back, just ask Bob Davidson and Joe West), but this is unprofessional conduct by the manager. There are ways to argue and get ejected without having to tell the umpire to do unnatural acts.

So, according to the announcer/commentator, if someone is verbally abusing you, you should just take it and not say anything back?? Utterly ridiculous. Someone should be in the brother verbally abusing him for doing an awful job and see what how he reacts. |
