Runge's second no-hitter he has worked. He also worked Jonathan Sanchez's no-hitter in 2009.

It's great for the kid, but I don't know....I think you have to call it the same for all 27 outs per side. Then you start dealing with integrity issues.

If it were me I would probably take the easy way out and let the first base ump decide if the batter went around

Angel Campos calls a strike on an Oriole batter and then yanks Showalter out of the game. Looks like Campos missed the call. Nice job by Scott to stand by the AAA umpire as Showalter dresses him down. mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=20846771

If Ryan immediately runs to first base instead of arguing the call, perhaps he makes it to first.

It's great for the kid, but I don't know....I think you have to call it the same for all 27 outs per side. Then you start dealing with integrity issues. i would normally agree, i just chalked this one up as a make-up for Gallaraga =)
