Anybody know why Ed Rapuano missed Thursday's Orioles @ Royals Game?

Manuel probably suspended for beaking Davidson. I wonder if they suspended Davidson for cussing out Manuel? That and getting in the way of the catcher Its about time. Every season we all have this conversation about umps like Davidson. Looks like MLB is getting tired of his act too. If Davidson was an official in another sport and acted the way he acted here and said the things he said to Manuel, he'd have been bounced on his ear.

Foster and Sveum keep running into each other. Foster has had two ejections this year - both Sveum. Sveum has been ejected twice this year - both courtesy of Foster. We're not at Luciano and Weaver but.......................

My very first game this year back in March, had a fairly inexperienced catcher totally miss a pitch, and it hit me directly JUST above where my leg guards ended, and it ended up exploding up very nicely, thank you. Had a nasty nasty contusion, and it jarred my knee up pretty good also, tweaking the old miniscus. 'Soft'ball just might be one of the biggest misnomers EVER.

Valentine was trying to show up Darling, but he looked like a yap dog snapping at the umpire. Valentine might sit for a game for "failure to control his gum." ;D

Hallion can get riled up pretty easy, but after the toss he was nice and composed. Mattingly is turning into a sourpus.

Bucknor has taken some nasty hits behind the plate in the last few years.
